(1) Launch the Instagram app on your Android/iPhone/iPad from the apps section.
(2) Enter your Instagram username/email/phone number to log in to your account. Else create an account.
(3) To upload or take a photo or upload or record video, press the “+” icon available at the bottom.
(4) On the next screen, choose the upload option between Library/Gallery, Photo, or Video.

- Launch Chrome browser on your PC and click on Menu from top-right (three-dots).
