- You shouldn’t have any transactions left, and your account balance must be zero. If you have any transactions left or the account balance isn’t zero, proceed to make a one-time payment to clear all your money or request a refund when someone else has yet to pay you.
- If you have made any transactions within 30 days, your account will be deleted only after 60 days from placing the delete request. It is to ensure the completion of all the purchases and outstanding sales.

How to Delete Your eBay Account
You can delete your eBay account only by using the eBay website on your computer, laptop, iPhones, iPads, Android phones, and tablets. You cannot utilize the eBay app to delete your account.

You can use your iPhone, iPad, Android phones, and tablets to close your account.
STEP 1: Go to the eBay website and sign in to your account.
STEP 2: After signing in, click on the user symbol and click Account.
STEP 3: Select the Close account option below the Account preferences section.

If you have changed your decision not to delete, you can click on Keep my account open to exit the deleting process.
