How to Cancel Samsung Care Plus Subscription Through Web Browser
[1]. Visit Samsung.com on a web browser.
[2]. Click on the Profile icon at the top right corner of the screen and select the Sign in/ Create Account option from the menu list.
[3]. Sign in to your Samsung account using your email address and password.
[4]. Tap on the My account option.

If you have issues canceling the subscription directly on the website, you can cancel it by emailing the support team.

[2]. Click the Compose button on the left sidebar and send it to [email protected].
[3]. Type Request to Cancel my Samsung Care Plus Subscription in the subject field.
[4]. Compose the structured email explaining why you want to cancel your subscription and include your username, phone number, email address, and other account information.
Tip! You can change the phone number on your Samsung account by logging in to the account settings.
