How to Cancel Pimsleur Subscription on a Smartphone
The Pimsleur app on your smartphone uses the account credentials configured on Play Store or App Store for a subscription. In this case, you can’t cancel the service from the official website.
From Android
[1]. Launch the Google Play Store app on your Android mobile phone or tablet.
[2]. From the home screen, hit the Profile icon at the top right corner.
[3]. Select the Payments and subscriptions menu from the list.
[4]. Next, choose the Subscriptions option.
[5]. From the list of Active Subscriptions, select the Pimsleur app.
[6]. At the bottom of the page, tap on the Cancel subscription button.

From iPhone

How to Cancel Pimsleur Subscription through Web Browser

[3]. Sign in to your account using the email address and password.
[4]. On the My Account page, select the Subscriptions tab.

Once your request form is submitted, they will respond to you through email within 2 working days. Check your inbox for the email received from the Pimsleur customer service team to cancel your subscription.
