Some of the recently launched LG Smart TV models may come with a pre-installed Amazon Prime Video app. In that case, you just need to launch the app and configure your login credentials.

(3) Now, the LG Content Store will open.

Before accessing the application, you need to activate the Amazon Prime Video app on your LG Smart TV.

(3) Sign in to your Amazon Prime account.

(1) Click the Settings option on the Prime Video home screen.
(2) On the Settings menu, click the Deregister your device tile.
(3) You will get the confirmation screen, click the Deregister Device button.
(4) On the pop-up, click the OK button.

Amazon Prime Not Working on LG Smart TV
If the Amazon Prime video fails to load media content, try these solutions.
- Ensure that your router is working properly. Unplug your modem from the router and TV. After a few minutes, plug it back and check whether the app is loading or not.
- Update your LG Smart TV to the latest version (if available only).
- Uninstall and re-install the Amazon Prime Video app.
- Factory reset your LG Smart TV.
