How to Change Goals on Apple Watch (Exercise, Move, Steps, Activity)
With the Activity on Apple Watch, you can monitor and change your goals for different health and lifestyle activities.
Change Move Goals on Apple Watch
1. Turn on your Apple Watch and navigate to the Activity app.
2. Tap on Change Goals at the bottom of the screen.
3. Click on Move Goals and adjust your goal using the Minus or Plus icon to decrease or increase.
4. Now your Move Goals are changed and hit the Next option to move to the next goals.

Change Exercise Goals on Apple Watch

3. Tap on the increase or decrease option to change your exercise goal by pressing the Minus or Plus icon.
4. After your Exercise goals are changed, click on the Next option.
